A common problem seen in network marketing is the lack of contacts being made with a downline, often is the lack of coaching. My point here, is that it starts with YOU. Anyone who has recruited more than a couple of people into their organization have experienced the “revolving door” syndrome – where you recruit one person and it seems two others drop out. Obviously, this is frustrating and makes you wonder why it is so difficult to get your downline to stay active. It is even more frustrating to see people leaving faster than you can recruit them. Realize this happens in every business that fails to implement the one often forgotten element of retention.

That element is building a rapport, introducing yourself if you did not recruit this downline yourself, reach out as well to their downline, why should you reach out to their downline. Simple, for one thing you are showing them how to do it, and you are insuring that your team will know who you are and how to reach you.
